"Showed up fast, no fuss"
It just got here way sooner than I expected, which I was really happy about. Tracking was simple enough, nothing weird happened, and it all turned up without any hassle. Just a really good feeling overall.

"Complaint handling was a total headache"
I had a problem with Sorbet LTD and genuinely thought, okay, I’ll contact them and someone will actually look into it properly. Apparently that was wildly optimistic of me, because the whole thing turned into way more effort than it should have been.
The replies took ages, and when they did come through, they felt so generic I wondered if anyone had even read what I wrote. I had to chase more than once, which is ridiculous, and somehow still didn’t get a clear answer.
Maybe everything is fine if you never need help, but the second something goes wrong, good luck. The complaint handling in my case was poor and left me seriously frustrated

The customer service was okay, but not great. I had to chase them a couple of times before I got a proper response, which was frustrating. The wording on their site made it sound like things would be handled much quicker than they actually were, so that felt a bit misleading. The person I dealt with was polite and did sort the issue in the end, but the updates were too slow. Not terrible, just could be a lot better

The price is okay, I guess, but I expected a little more for what I paid. It wasn’t terrible, but I felt like I had to put in extra effort to make it worth it, which was kind of annoying

"Not worth it if you want options"
I was hoping to customize my order a bit, especially since I’m careful about what I spend money on, but the choices were really limited. It kind of made the whole customization thing feel pointless. I ended up paying for something that still wasn’t really what I wanted, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t much help either.

"Decent, but the flexibility needs work"
Sorbet Ltd was okay, honestly. They did try to work around my schedule, which I appreciated, but changing anything last minute felt way more difficult than it needed to be. And the slow replies didn’t help either, because how are you supposed to plan properly when you’re waiting around for answers? It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but if they’re going to say they’re flexible, they really need to make it easier for customers to actually rely on that.

"I just appreciated that the pricing..."
I just appreciated that the pricing was straightforward. Like, I kept waiting for some random extra fee to pop up at the end because that happens all the time, but nope, everything was laid out clearly and the total was exactly what I expected. Super refreshing.

Sorbet did a really solid job keeping our project on track. They kept me in the loop, chased things up when needed, and didn’t make a big deal out of it. There were a couple of small delays, but that was more down to other bits dragging than anything they did. Overall, really happy with how it went...

the aftercare felt useless. Once everything was done I tried to get some help but it felt like nobody really wanted to deal with it. I expected better support afterward and was left disappointed.

I had a fairly okay experience with Sorbet Ltd. Getting the account set up was straightforward enough, and I was able to find most of what I needed without spending too much time digging around.

The support team did get back to me when I had questions, though not always as quickly as I would’ve liked. I ended up following up a couple of times, which sort of says it all.

Overall, it does the job, but the account management side could feel a bit more organised and clearer in places. Not a bad experience, just not quite as smooth as it could be. Three stars feels about right.

I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t really planning to browse much, but there was such a good range on there that I ended up having a proper look. Found what I needed quickly too, which was a nice bonus

I figured ordering would be straightforward, and it mostly confirmed that. Checkout was simple and my order went through without any issues. The only tiny thing was it took me a minute to spot the delivery info, but overall it was easy.

Sorbet Ltd was okay overall. My order went through without any real issues, and I did receive what I needed, so I can’t say anything went seriously wrong.
That said, I do have a certain standard when it comes to updates and communication, and this felt a little slower than I’d like. I had to follow up once to find out what was happening, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it made the whole thing feel less smooth. I’d consider using them again, just probably not if I needed something quickly

Not gonna lie, Sorbet Ltd were decent overall. The main job got done and the team were polite and easy enough to deal with, which I appreciated.

That said, there were a couple of small details I had to point out afterwards that I felt should’ve been checked the first time around. Nothing major, and I’d probably use them again, but I’d hope they take a bit more time to double-check things next time.

I was really happy with the communication from Sorbet Ltd. They got back to me quickly and kept me updated, so I didn’t feel like I had to keep chasing. I did get a bit confused about the timeline at one point and wasn’t totally sure what was happening when, but they explained it clearly and it was easy to follow after that. No annoying back and forth, just proper answers. Makes such a difference. I’d definitely use them again.
